Mark is the founder of Optus, a technology company that sells and integrates business communications systems for customers all over the United States. Mark founded Optus right after college in 1991. He studied business and accounting at the University of Missouri and at University of Arkansas. He is very hands on in all aspects of Optus and has been the President/CEO since its inception almost 20 years ago.
Not only is Mark fully involved in his own business, but he also sits on several foundation boards around the city of Jonesboro. He is also an active member of Young President's Organization and has been a chapter officer for the past few years.
Optus employs a team of approximately 100 and has annual revenues in excess of $30 million. The corporate headquarters is in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
