In order to avoid delays and provide the most efficient service, we ask that these guidelines be followed:
- The technician must be accredited on the system platform and/or the specific application(s) requiring support.
- The technician should be on-site or have remote access to the system or products requiring support.
- The technician should have proper technical manuals on-hand for the system or products requiring support.
- The technician should have attempted to complete the procedure or solve the problem prior to calling Optus for support.
