Our Advance Replacement/Repair program allows you to quickly get a replacement phone or part when you have a defective unit. Just give us a call and we will ship a refurbished replacement unit the same day, or overnight if needed. Once you receive our replacement, simply put the defective unit in the same box and return it for a core credit.
