Bonneville County is part of the Upper Snake River Valley in Southeast Idaho. Idaho Falls is the county seat, and the county is home to six incorporated cities. Bonneville is the fourth largest county in the state, with a population of more than 104,000. The Bonneville County Court System was dealing with outdated technology and a growing docket.
