Dispatch issue resolution begins with you notifying us of the problem. We then create a detailed scope of work for our field technicians to follow and work against.
Progress of the resolution will be shared with you through regular status updates along with compliance to your service level agreements.
Once the issue is resolved we will ask for case acceptance to ensure you are completely satisfied with the service work that has been performed.
