The Challenge: Multiple telecommunication integregrate platforms and inefficient internal maintenance process
Like many healthcare entities, Cedar Community used their telecommunications system to integrate multiple operational platforms. Cedar Community combines overhead paging, wifi cordless phones, and a nurse call system with their telecommunications system.
